Kensington Gardens is in the process of expanding! Our first villa opens February 2023! When finished our grounds will be home to 5 beautiful villas, Le Orangery Poolhouse, The Conservatory Gathering Center, tennis courts, a community garden, and private walking trails.
Villa I: Hawksworth
Available Now: Offering views of our beautiful grounds, designer finishes, and access to a private centrally located great room. Hawksworth features 8 suites on 2 floors. Level 1 boast 10 foot ceilings, private patios, luxurious walk-in closets, and spacious sleeping rooms. The Penthouse suites on level 2 features 12 foot ceilings, extra cabinets for storage, large private decks, and vast views of our gardens and country side.
