"My mom came to live in our home from Eastern Washington after my dad passed away. She was 90 years old at the time, an avid pinochle player, Mariners/Seahawks fan, and Jeopardy devotee. When it was time for her to move for more care, Kensington Gardens was the only home where she was willing to visit because it was more intimate than other facilities. Mom enjoyed all the activities, meals, pinochle afternoons and reading many books on her iPad due to deteriorating eyesight. The Bible Study time opened up discussion of more books she devoured, and the Free Little Library in the garden is named after her. As her health worsened, she received full care at KG. The KG family made her feel so loved. A few months later she returned to the hospital and then in God’s timing she comfortably passed away at Kensington Gardens surrounded by family and her KG family. I can’t say enough good things about Kelly and Mark Watson and the great staff they employ. Mom considered her caregivers her friends and the other residents her extended family."
"What a nice pleasant 74th birthday spending it with all of you. Thank you so much for dinner and the surprise Birthday cake. What a treat. You two, plus your staff are so kind and caring and my mom is in the best place ever! She loves living with you and I’m glad to live close where I can be a part too. Thanks for letting me be a part of your talent show which was a blast!"
"Kensington Gardens is very proactive in caring for its residents in all aspects of their lives. The staff is compassionate and knowledgeable, and I know my mother is safe and well cared for. Kensington Gardens goes way beyond maintaining a secure and nurturing environment for their residents—they work hard, and are successful at making life fun again!"
"To the wonderful staff of Kensington Gardens: We wanted to take the time to thank each of you for the compassion you have shown not only to my husband, but to our entire family. We knew the moment we walked into the home, you would take great care of him and we were comforted in that fact. We always felt welcomed and a part of a unique family. Your warm hearts and kind smiles were a welcome addition to our days."
"My family and I wanted to thank you and your staff for the fantastic job you did for my mother’s celebration. The entire event was first class and everybody had a special time. The food, the facility, and especially the staff were outstanding. Many Thanks!"

"My mother moved here last August with my dad who passed away after in early September. I was so relieved to find a facility that truly treated them as well as we family members tried to. They helped with everything, much we didn't even know we needed. Since then mom has thrived under their care. KG's staff is always warm, friendly, and listen well to the little things we want or need, yet they are always professional."
"After researching and placing my in-laws and mother in adult family homes over the last fifteen years, I am no stranger to this form of care. I have toured many adult family homes in Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties and have found that Kensington Gardens is by far the best home I have encountered."
"Congratulations on the opening of Kensington Gardens!! So happy for you guys! The world is blessed by you. What a beautiful place of healing."
"To Everyone at KG,
I cannot begin to express my gratitude for all you do for my dad- the day-to-day care and so much more. Coordinating appointments, planning outings, and inviting my dad's friends for lunch. But the greatest gift by far is my peace of mind that he is well cared for so I can focus on my other responsibilities. You are a wonderful team."
"My father had the great fortune to reside at this AMAZING facility. He was there for the last year of his life and passed away at 96. Words can't adequately describe the love and care he received at Kensington Gardens. Whey they say they treat people like family they mean it! We were so blessed to know Mark and Kelly and the amazing staff and to experience their love. My father passed away three years ago but I still stop by and say hello to the staff and some of the residents who knew my dad. In fact, I was just there yesterday. To say this is a first class facility is an understatement. My wife and I have commented many times that our beloved father enjoyed a life fit for a king during his final year. Thank you a million times for everything you did for him!!!"
