Position Available: Part Time Caregiver

If you enjoy working with seniors and enjoy an environment where people are given personal attention and care (up to 6 residents max), then this is the place for you! Kensington Gardens Resort Living Community (Adult Family Home), is boutique retirement living at its best. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Our goal is to make a difference every day in the lives of our residents, as well as our staff.

We are seeking outstanding team members to join our staff. We are currently hiring part time and on call Certified Nursing Assistants and/or Home Care Aids. Employees will work collaboratively alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality resident care. We seek to provide a flexible but stable schedule for caregivers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide care to up to 6 residents at a time directed by their personal care plan
  • Assist/administer prescribed medications according to physician's orders
  • Provide companionship
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Meal Preparation and family style dining with residents

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in resident care, or other related fields preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Must be professional, warm and caring with residents and team
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude

License: CNA or HCA

Salary: $15.25 /hour and UP, DOE

Other Qualifications Preferred:

Food Handlers card (Or able to obtain upon hire)

  • Two Step TB Test (Able to obtain upon hire)
  • Mental Health and Dementia Specialty Training Certificate (obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Nurse Delegation (Obtain upon hire )
  • Background Check
